How to find the server ID in the panel¶

The server ID is often requested when you open a support ticket or report a server issue.

When is the server ID needed?¶

• when you open a support ticket
• when you report a bug
• when you ask for help with setup or configuration changes

Steps¶

1. Open https://panel.nexuscloud.id/.
2. Log in to your panel account.
3. Select the server in question.
4. Open the Settings menu.
5. Find the Information section.
6. Copy the Server ID value shown there.

What the server ID looks like¶

It's usually a UUID, for example:

12345678-1234-1234-1234-1234567890ab

Tips¶

• Copy all the characters in full.
• Don't send the server ID of the wrong server when opening a ticket.
