How to upgrade and renew a server¶

This guide explains how to upgrade your server plan and renew your service from the NexusCloud billing panel.

Upgrading your server plan¶

1. Open https://billing.nexuscloud.id/.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Open Subscriptions or Manage Servers.
4. Click Manage on the server you want to upgrade.
5. Look for the Upgrade Plan option.
6. Choose the destination plan that's available.
7. Pick a payment method.
8. Complete the payment as instructed by billing.

Renewing your server¶

1. Open https://billing.nexuscloud.id/.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Open Subscriptions or Manage Servers.
4. Click Manage on the server you want to renew.
5. Click Extend or Renew Server.
6. Pick a payment method.
7. Complete the payment.

Important notes¶

• Renewal periods follow the cycles available for the product in billing, so they don't have to be the same for every service.
• Plan changes and the new service period only take effect once payment is successful.
• If the invoice is paid but the service hasn't changed, contact support with the invoice number and Server ID.
